The services you will find in the website cannot be considered as tourist packages in which
are sold more than an element (transportation, accommodation, other services) at a forfeit price. (Directive 90/314/CEE).
The houses proposed on the website are normally private properties or holiday homes.
The other services, include boat charters, car rentals and ferry booking are presented by third companies.

With our search engine you can organize your holidays from your house or from the office. Select the service you need between villas, boats, cars or ferries, choose your budget, your preferences and book your holidays.
For every service you will find a page with all the details: descriptions, availability, prices, pictures or video.

How can I use the services?
You can find all the services on the right part of the homepage and under the portal logo just clicking on the buttons. You can choose between:
KARAL is Home! to rent a holiday home;
KARAL is Boat! to rent a boat;
KARAL is Car! to rent a car;
KARAL is Ferries! to book a ferry.

How can I choose the house which is right for me?
From the homepage, you can use the menu on the left and choose the holiday period, the quality grading required and the number of people. You will see the list of all the houses available for the parameters indicated before. If you want to see a house in details, just click on “holiday rentals details” and you will see all the information available for the house with pictures and prices. In this way you will have all the elements to choose the holiday home which is right for you.

How can I book a holiday home?
You can book by e-mail or by phone calling our number active from Monday to Friday from 9.30 to 13.30 and from 16.00 to 20.00.
Our info point can clarify you every doubt before booking, you just need to send us an e-mail to the following address: info@karalishome.com and we will replay very soon.
Booking confirmation consists of a written document which will be sent by mail, e-mail or fax.
In the confirmation document are indicated all the data concerning the service reserved, the staying period and its details, including number of guests, price and extra costs, the way of payment, the rules concerning check-in and check-out.

How can I rent a boat?
It’s the same as the holiday homes. Terms and conditions can be different depending on the company which advertise on the website, they are included in the boat page normally. In any case, at the moment of your enquiry, will be indicated all the conditions.

How can I rent a car?
Get into our car section and follow the instructions, the system will show you all the types of car available with details, pictures, rates and rental conditions.

How can I book a ferry?
Enter in the ferry section and follow all the steps to verify the availability. Insert the port of embarkation and disembarkation, number of people, if you have a car, if you need a cabin and the system will show you all the possible connections and the prices. You can book online and receive the ferry ticket at home or office.

What is the safety deposit asked on arrival?
It’s an amount of money required by the owner in order to prevent any damage to the property. It will be refunded at the end of the stay after verifying the absence of injuries caused by the tenants. It has to be paid on arrival, in cash or cheque.

What are check-in and check-out?
This means the time of arrival and departure and indicate the time in which the service will be available. They are planned in order to allow complementary services as cleaning and maintenance.

What are the extra costs?
All the expenses not included in the rental price, for example electricity consumption, cleaning, bed linen, towels, etcetera. They must be paid on arrival.

It is a very useful tool you can use in order to expand the knowledge of a destination or an area before booking. For every destination you can find out what to see and what to do, the geographical location, pictures, and many interesting information to make your decision.

These are houses available for short stays, minimum 3 nights.

Why I cannot find all the houses in the last minute category?
Because the owner must agree with the option to accept any booking made in the week before the arrival and agree with the discounted rate. If the owner does not accept this rule, the property won’t be shown in the last minute list.

What are the low cost offers?
These are houses with a reduced price for a specific part of the year. The offers are made in order to help the development of low season periods.

Why are some parts of the website not working properly sometimes?
