1) Service provided
A) Section Holiday rentals
The website provides owners / operators of holiday accommodations (as advertisers) a space on the web, through which promote their holiday properties. Every advertiser can choose between 2 types of publication:
1. Basic ad (free).
2. Premium ad (pay).
All services available for advertisers are specified in detail here.
All users can search, view and contact the advertisers by email or phone if published.
B) Section Rent a Car
The section contains an external booking system to offer users the possibility to easily book through the site.
C) Section Travel Guide
This section is for users looking for information on holiday destinations where they are available. Within the section, using a navigation menu, you can reach the descriptions of various locations, plus a lot of useful information to better organize your vacation.
2) Registration
To publish a property and add comments you must sign up on the website. Registration is free and have no obligation unless the inclusion of complete and accurate data. KARAL can always ask for clarification regarding the information provided. If the info provided violate the rules of the site, the same will be deleted as soon as possible as well as the users account if needed.
3) Account
Every new registered user can choose a single username and password.
You can choose to register as:
1. "Tourist" to be able to post feedbacks about the properties;
2. "Owner" to be able to post holiday rental ads;
3. Select both profiles (tourist and owner) to be able to manage the two options.
The registered user is the only responsible for the conservation of his/her user name and password. You must promptly notify KARAL any unauthorized use of your username and password in order to enable the prevention of abuse on the site. KARAL is not responsible for loss or corruption of data needed for authentication and access in the user area.
4) Contents
Site users are the only responsible for the contents they published on the website (i.e. text, images, etc.).
It is always forbidden:
- To publish images containing logos, trademarks and / or links;
- To insert titles that contain web addresses, links and / or do not identify exactly the property advertised;
- To post ads of structures such as hotels, villages, resorts etc.
- Put your ad more than once.
KARAL reserves the right to refuse its services to anyone wishing to publish contents contrary to statutory provisions, or against the website purposes. KARAL will not accept and immediately cancel the publication of obscene, pornographic, abusive, racist, false, harassing or otherwise contrary considered materials unreasonable by other people's copyright and its activities and / or trade policy. 5) Modify
Each user can freely modify the contents of his/her account, subject to limitations specified above, by accessing in the private area and using the functions of the edit menu.
6) Changes to services
KARAL reserves the right to change at any time, the conditions of supply of its services, either on a temporary or permanent way. KARAL can then set limits to the page contents, if the same are too heavy or complex for faster browsing and smooth functioning of the website. In particular may be set limits on the maximum size of the pages, the number and maximum size of emails, the weight of the pictures. 7) Properties

The houses and structures proposed for rent belong to private owners or companies (advertisers). They are the only responsible for the condition of the houses. In case of any damage to the house, therefore, KARAL can never be held responsible because his job is merely to offer a way to promote the properties to potential customers.
- Rent a Car:
The car rental reservation systems is offered through an external system.
8) Requests
To submit a request for availability of the house, you must use the button "Request" in each ad, generating a message to the advertiser. KARAL is not responsible for the content of messages, nor for the accuracy of information provided, and likewise, not be liable for failure to reply, cancellation or failure to store any messages. KARAL will replay to requests for assistance as soon as possible.
9) Indemnification
KARAL can always ask for compensation arising from abuse and / or improper use of its services, in violation of the conditions above; may be claimed for the damages caused by user's connection to the service offered and the damage caused by third party users.
10) Content and Copyright
Marks and content of the website www.karalishome.com (other than photographs or other items published by the advertisers) are the exclusive property of KARAL is Group SRL. KARAL prohibits anyone from using the material of his property without his signed approval. You acknowledge that the service and any necessary software used in connection with the service are protected by laws on intellectual and industrial property. 11) Spam
